Q) Who is eligible to enter the promotion?

A) UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter and related parties.

Q) When can I enter this promotion?

A) Between 00:00:01 on 25^th February to midnight on 17^th March 2026.

Q) How do I enter?

A) To enter, purchase any pack of Galaxy® in any Co-op store, scan the QR code found on promotional material displayed in-store or visit www.galaxychocolate.co.uk/win-a-masterclass and register your details, including last 4 digits of purchased pack barcode, your full name, email address, mobile phone number, and postal address. You must also check the tick box if you are a Co-Op member.

Q) What prizes are available?

A) There are 1 of 20 places in a ‘Masterclass in Confidence’ course hosted online by Tiwalola Ogunlesi, plus a hamper of goodies for each winner to be won. The prize hamper will contain Galaxy chocolate as well as a signed book of ‘Confident and Killing It: A Toolkit for Life’ by Tiwalola Ogunlesi.

Q) Do I need to buy anything to enter?

A) Yes, this is a purchase necessary promotion. You can purchase any pack of Galaxy® to enter.

Q) How many times can I enter?

A) There is a maximum of one entry per person, per day. Multiple or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Only one prize can be won per person in the Main Promotion.

Q) How are winners selected?

A) Once the promotion has closed, an end of promotion prize draw will take place and the winners will be picked at random from all valid entries received during the main promotional period. The prize draw will be held on 31.03.26.

Q) How will I know if I’ve won?

A) The winners will be contacted via email within 14 days of the prize draw and asked to provide their Co-op membership number to verify their win. 

Q) Can I exchange or sell my prize?

A) No. Prizes are non-transferable and must not be sold or auctioned.

Q) Can I change the details I provided for my entry after submitting it?

A) Once submitted, your entry details cannot be changed. Please ensure all details are correct before entering.

Q) How is my personal data used?

A) By entering, you consent to your personal data being processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Mars Wrigley.

Q) Can I request deletion of my data?

A) Yes, but this may prevent the delivery of your prize if the request is made before fulfilment.

Q) What if I experience technical issues entering?

A) The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties but will aim to minimise disruption.
