Chocolate Amnesty Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter: Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Limited, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4LG.
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of UK aged 18 years or over at the date of claim, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the offer.
3. Claim Period: Claims to be received between 07.07.2021 and 31.08.2021.
4. Claim Instructions: To claim a coupon for a 42g bar of Galaxy chocolate, please post your unopened 45g bar of Cadbury Dairy Milk along with your name and address to: Galaxy Chocolate Amnesty, Freepost RLUK-AHUU-KKEK, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY.
5. Only one claim per household.
6. Coupon for 42g bar of Galaxy: An entrant submitting a valid claim will receive a coupon in the post, within 28 days of validation of the claim, which can be redeemed in participating stores in exchange for a 42g Galaxy bar, up to a maximum value of £0.80. Galaxy bars are subject to availability at the time of coupon redemption. No change will be provided in the event that the Galaxy bar costs less than £0.80 at coupon redemption.
7. Coupons to be redeemed strictly in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Use found on the coupons.
8. The coupon is valid until 31.10.21.
9. Bulk entries, entries submitted via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.  Any person persistently trying to circumvent the claim process will be disqualified immediately.
10. Each coupon for a 42g Galaxy bar is as stated, is not for exchange or resale and no cash or other alternative is available. A coupon can be redeemed only once. Copies of coupons will not be accepted.
11. General: The Promoter is not responsible for any claims which are delayed or not received for any reason whatsoever. Only unopened Cadbury Dairy Milk bars can be accepted. Claims not accompanied by a valid UK address will be rejected.
12. Claimants’ details (name and address) will be retained for 30 days after the conclusion of the offer to allow the Promoter to deal with any queries from claimants regarding redemption of their coupon. A claimant can request for their contact details to be deleted before the expiry of this period by emailing chocolateamnesty@promotioncustomerservices.com, although the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to assist them following deletion of their details.
13. The Promoter is not responsible in the event that a claimant fails to receive a coupon as a result of having provided incorrect postal address details when registering or fails to redeem their coupon prior to the expiry date.
14. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error affects or could affect the proper operation of this offer, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the offer at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
15. This offer and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
16. Registering a claim shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.
