Promotion open to UK residents aged 18 years and over only, excluding employees and their families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
To enter this promotion, all participants must have internet access and a valid e-mail address.
For a chance to win a "Galaxy Moment" prize, entrants should purchase any of the following specially marked promotional packs Galaxy Milk 46g, Galaxy Milk 125g, Galaxy Caramel 48g, Galaxy Caramel 119g, Galaxy Cookie Crumble 44g, Galaxy Cookie Crumble 119g, Galaxy Bubbles 31g, Galaxy Bubbles 100g, Galaxy Bubbles Orange 31g, Galaxy Orange and Shortcake 45g, Galaxy Orange and Shortcake 119g, Galaxy Ripple 33g, Galaxy Minstrels 42g ("Promotional Pack") and either:

(a) log on to http://www.galaxychocolate.co.uk (the "Website") and register your 10-digit code which can be found on the inside of the Promotional Pack (the "Promotional Code"); or
(b) text the word 'GALAXY' followed by their 10-digit Promotional Code to 88802

to receive an instant message confirming whether or not your Promotional Code is a winning code and how many "Galaxy Moments" they have won.
No purchase necessary option available for Northern Ireland residents only: to enter, click on the "no purchase necessary" link on the Website and enter your details (name and address, including valid Northern Ireland postcode) on or before 11.59pm on 16 May 2012. No bulk or third party entries accepted. A Promotional Code will be sent to eligible entrants at a Northern Ireland address supplied within 10 days of entering their details on the Website. Entrants can then register their promotional code as outlined in condition 3 above. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any Promotional Codes lost or delayed in the post.
All online and text entries must be received by 11.59pm on 31 May 2012. Entries received after this date and promotional codes received by any other means (eg in the post) will not be accepted.
Only one entry per Promotional Code.
Text messages will be charged at your normal network rate, which will depend on your specific network plan and may not be included in pre-paid text packages. Please ensure you obtain permission from the bill-payer before entering. In the event of a mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged the Promoter is unable to retrieve or transfer any existing entries to a new mobile number. You will not be charged for the instant message confirming whether or not your Promotional Code is a winning code.
No responsibility is accepted for entries which are not received by the Promoter for technical reasons or otherwise. Proof of submitting a text or on-line entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
For both text and online entries, entrants with a winning Promotional Code must log on to the Website and submit their contact details (name, address, email, and contact telephone number) before 11:59pm on 31 May 2012 to claim their prize. A winner must choose their preferred prize from the selection corresponding to the duration of their Galaxy Moment (see below for details) by 11:59pm on 30 June 2012. In the event that a winner does not select their prize by this date they will lose their entitlement to their prize.
Winners should retain their winning Promotional Pack wrapper and may be asked to provide this to the Promoter to validate their claim.
There are a total of 1,000,000 "Galaxy Moments" prizes to be won. Winners will win either a "10 minute", "30 minute", "60 minute" or "120+ minute" "Galaxy Moment". Winners must select their preferred prize (corresponding with the length of their Galaxy Moment) from the following list which will appear in a drop down box on the Website:

(a) 10 Minute Galaxy Moment:
- (i) a £3 'The First Club' song download voucher redeemable at www.redletterdays.thefirstclub.com/en and valid for 12 months from the date this prize is selected; or
- (ii) a copy of one of the following magazines: 'Grazia' or 'Closer', sent to the postal address supplied, for two consecutive weeks; or
- (iii) one copy of one of the following magazines: 'Digital Photo', 'Empire', 'FHM', 'Mojo' or 'Q', sent to the postal address supplied; or
- (iv) A voucher for a free 200g bar of GALAXY chocolate redeemable at any participating retailer and valid for 14 days from the date the voucher is printed (but no later than 30th June 2012). Winners will receive an email with instructions and link to print the voucher.
(a) 30 Minute Galaxy Moment:
- (i) a £15 book token redeemable against books at a participating retailer (listed at www.nationalbooktokens.com) and valid for 18 months from the date this prize is selected; or
- (ii) a £15 Red Letter Day Lifestyle voucher redeemable for a gift voucher from a wide range of top brands and retailers on www.redletterdays.com, and valid for 24 months from the date this prize is selected.
(b) 60 Minute Galaxy Moment:
- (i) a 30 minute manicure voucher with the rest of the day to relax in the health club's facilities, redeemable at a participating Champneys spa or Bannatyne's health club (participating outlets are listed at www.redletterdays.co.uk) in the UK and valid for 10 months from the date this prize is selected; or
- (ii) a 30 minute facial voucher with the rest of the day to relax in the health club's facilities redeemable at a participating Dove spa or Bannatyne's health club (participating outlets are listed at www.redletterdays.co.uk) in the UK and valid for 10 months from the date this prize is selected; or
- (iii) a £50 voucher for a hair treatment at a participating Toni and Guy store in England, Scotland or Wales, and valid for 18 months from the date this prize is selected; or
- (iv) a voucher for 4 adult cinema tickets for Cineworld redeemable against any 2D film at any mainland UK Cineworld cinema (not redeemable online or by telephone booking) and valid for 10 months from the date this prize is selected.
(c) 120 Minute Galaxy Moment:
- (i) a £100 Ticketmaster voucher redeemable at www.ticketmaster.com, which can be used towards any Ticketmaster product listed on the www.ticketmaster.co.uk website. For security reasons, it may take up to 72 hours for the code on your Ticketmaster voucher to be activated. Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date this prize is selected; or
- (ii) a voucher for lunch for two (excluding drinks) redeemable at one of around 25 well-known restaurants (including Planet Hollywood, Number Twelve Restaurant in Bloomsbury, the Restaurant at Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa in Surrey and the Brasserie at Mosborough Hall Hotel in Sheffield) up to a maximum total value of £75. Alternatively, you can call Red Letter Days on 0845 640 8000 and request a £75 voucher redeemable at participating Frankie and Benny's restaurants, or a £75 voucher redeemable at participating Chiquito restaurants, instead. The chosen voucher cannot be redeemed for drinks and is valid for 10 months from the date this prize is selected; or
- (iii) a set two-course pre-show dinner at a central London eatery and then on to a West End show of your choice from Red Letter Day's selected range (subject to availability). Dinner consists of dinner for two (excluding drinks) and two upper circle or balcony tickets. Valid for 10 months from the date this prize is selected.
(d) 120+ Minute Galaxy Moment:
- (i) a set lunch for two aboard a boat on the Seine in Paris including same-day return travel for two by Eurostar from London St Pancras, valid for 10 months from the date this prize is selected; or
- (ii) a two hour style consultation and £450 to spend at any House of Fraser store in the UK, valid for 10 months from the date this prize is selected.

All vouchers and offers are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the third party issuer, and subject to date and time availability.
Only one prize can be chosen per winning code; winners with multiple winning codes cannot combine Galaxy Moment prizes together in order to claim a higher value prize.
Winners selecting any of prizes except for the GALAXY chocolate bar voucher will be re-directed to www.redletterdays.co.uk to redeem their prize. See www.redletterdays.co.uk for full details and further terms and conditions for each prize. All booking details and queries should be taken up with Red Letter Days directly. If you are not already registered with Red Letter Days, you may be required to register in order to redeem your prize.
Winners selecting lunch for two aboard a boat on the Seine must ensure that they and their companion hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity beyond the return date, together with any necessary visas, and must comply with all travel requirements. The Promoter will book and pay for the lunch and two Eurostar standard class return tickets. The winner and their companion will be responsible for arranging any transport to and from the Eurostar terminals in both London and Paris and all other associated costs. Accommodation, spending money and travel insurance are not included.
Winners selecting a Toni and Guy voucher, a facial from Dove Spas, a Frankie and Benny's voucher, a Chiquito voucher, a book token or cinema vouchers will be sent their prize by post to the UK address provided during the registration process. Each winner will receive their prize no later than 30 days after they have selected it. Any inaccuracy in the name and address details provided by the winner could delay or prevent delivery, and the Promoter accepts no liability for any such delay or non-delivery.
Winners selecting a magazine prize will receive their magazine within 45 days of redeeming their voucher. Winners choosing a Closer or Grazia magazine prize will receive their second copy the week immediately following receipt of the first copy. Any inaccuracy in the name and address details provided by the winner could delay or prevent delivery and the Promoter accepts no liability for such delay or non-delivery.
Each prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there are no cash or other prize alternatives available, in whole or in part. Unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter, the prizes will be awarded directly to the winners only.
The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should any of the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of a third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect on the entrant of such failure. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the suitability of a selected prize for a winner.
Any personal information supplied by entrants will only be used for the purposes of this promotion and will not be sold or used in any other manner. The Promoter may disclose an entrant's personal information to its contractors and agents for the purposes of administering this promotion or communicating with entrants.
The Winners agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter and anyone professionally connected with the promotion, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, prize suppliers, their respective parent companies and such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death (except where such personal injury or death is the result of negligence by one or more of the Released Parties), or damage to or loss of property, arising out of the promotion, or as a result of a winner redeeming any of the Galaxy Moments prizes.

By entering the promotion, winners of the "120 Minute Galaxy Moment" and "120+ Minute Galaxy Moment" prizes agree to participate in such Promotional activity as the Promoter may require for up to six months following the closing date with no further recompense.
Details of the winners of the "120 Minute Galaxy Moment" and "120+ Minute Galaxy Moment" prizes (name and county only) will be available during the promotion at http://www.galaxychocolate.co.uk and will be made available from 15 July 2012 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Galaxy Moments Promotion, Mars Chocolate UK Limited, 3D Dundee Road, Sough, Berkshire, SL1 4JX for a period of 3 months only.
By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and the court of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
